熱愛飲咖啡嘅我，但對咖啡口味蛋糕一啲都冇感興趣，方間所有咖啡味道嘅甜品我都唔太好。但身邊有位朋友經常要我試整，因為佢好想食卻話出面好難食到好好食嘅咖啡蛋糕，所以呢個口味經過改良4次，終於成功俘虜我果位朋友，今次呢款蛋糕獻俾中意咖啡口味蛋糕嘅你哋。

Inspired by the Cantonese name for this cake, Makui created this cheesecake after searching in vain for a satisfying coffee-flavored dessert. He experimented with different ingredients and techniques until he found the perfect balance of rich coffee and creamy cheese. This is his masterpiece, and he wants to share it with you.
